Privacy Policy
Effective October 22, 2026. This policy explains what information we collect through hygieapros.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
This website is operated by Hygiea Pros Cleaning, a DBA of Hood's Residential and Commercial Cleaning LLC, based in Sanford, Florida ("we," "us," or "our"). If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at info@hygieapros.com or (407) 864-8376.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out our quote or walkthrough request form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, company or property name, property type, city, approximate square footage or number of units, how often you need cleaning, whether you currently have a cleaning provider, and any message you include. If you call, text, or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and the services we use collect basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described below.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, schedule a walkthrough, and prepare a quote or service agreement.
- To provide, manage, and invoice cleaning services you hire us for.
- To contact you about your request or our services by phone, text, or email.
- To understand how visitors use our website and to measure and improve our advertising.
- To protect our website from spam and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use Google Ads, including its conversion tracking and remarketing features, to measure which ads lead to quote requests and to show our ads to people who have visited our site. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to do this, according to its own privacy policy. You can learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can control personalized ads at adssettings.google.com.
Our website is hosted by Squarespace, which uses cookies needed to run the site and protect our forms (including Google reCAPTCHA). Some of our pages include embedded YouTube videos, which may set cookies when played. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work properly without them.
How we share information
We only share your information with service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host (Squarespace), email and phone providers, scheduling and invoicing tools, and Google for advertising measurement. These providers may only use your information to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.
Text messages and calls
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your request or services. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texts, or ask us at any time to stop contacting you.
How long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide services, keep business and tax records, and meet legal requirements. When it's no longer needed, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@hygieapros.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No website or method of transmission is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page.
